Investor asked for "a quick update"

It's never quick. Drafted it, pulled the metrics, sounds like you on a good day.

Replied, offered three slots, sent the link. Closed before you'd have found the calendar.

Three customers churned this week

I read all their tickets so you don't have to spiral. Same root cause. Here it is.

You forgot. I didn't. Six bullets on what shipped, ready to read like you've been on top of it.

Cofounder asked where runway sits

14 months. I checked Qonto so the answer isn't "uhh let me get back to you."

Tuesday was three days ago. Drafted the blurb. Third person, no fluff. Send it.

Legal sent the redline back

Three changes. Two are boilerplate, one actually matters. I marked the one that matters.

Newsletter you "meant to write last week"

Drafted it from your own tweets. Reads like you, not like a LinkedIn intern.

Customer asked for a feature you shipped in March

Found the changelog. Drafted the reply. Tried not to be smug about it.

Calendar double-booked at 3pm

You did this. I caught it before you walked into both. Two ways to fix it, pick one.

Inbox hit 80 unread overnight

Triaged to the 6 that are actually for you. The rest were newsletters and panic. Handled.

Conference CFP closes tonight

Drafted the abstract from your last launch. Submit it or admit you weren't going to.

Clone yourself.

Book a setup session

Half an hour with the founder. That's the whole setup.

Another you.

An assistant waits for instructions. A clone already read the thread, drafted the reply in your voice, and queued it for when the investor is awake. Every founder says they need an EA. What they really need is another them.

Acts as you would.

It drafts the emails, books the meetings, pulls the metrics, and sends the follow-ups, in your voice and with your judgment. It asks before anything it can't take back. The investor update is done before you remember it's due.

Builds itself.

You never configure it. It learns by watching how you work, distills the patterns into skills, and rewrites its memory every night. Every correction is permanent. The longer you use it, the more it sounds like you wrote it.

It's yours. All of it.

Your idem isn't a profile in our database. The memory, the jobs, the integrations, the skills it taught itself, every correction you've made: all of it is files you can read, edit, and download. Export it, move it, run it somewhere else. We'd rather earn you staying than lock you in.

The most important software you'll own shouldn't be something you rent.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
They answer when you ask. idem acts before you ask, on your schedule, in your tools, in your voice. And you never configure it. It learns by watching how you work and improves itself on its own.
What do you mean by "clone"?
It learns how you think, write, and decide, and stores that as files you own. The more you correct it, the closer it gets. Not a full you on day one. Closer every week.
Where does my data live?
Our servers (Railway, EU region). Encrypted in transit. Secrets like OAuth tokens and API keys encrypted at rest. Your context lives in files you can read, edit, or export.
Does idem train on my data?
No. We don't train models, and neither does Anthropic (zero data retention API).
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Delete your account and everything (conversations, memory, files, tokens) is wiped instantly.

Just talk.

The more you use it, the more it becomes you.
